Liability concerning links
The sentence passed by the district court of Hamburg on May 12, 1998 states that the webmasters of a certain website may have to be held responsible for the content  of a different website if a link was put out to this site. This can only be prohibited by the act of explicitly distancing oneself from the external content according to the district court. We did set links onto other websites on the internet. Regarding all of these links the following rule applies: We hereby explicitly state that we do not have any influence on the design or content of the websites thus linked with ours. We therefore distance ourselves explicitly from the content of all the websites which are linked to our own and we do not make the content our own.
