Experiencing fascinating rock formations on the Mullerthal Trail
Zeiss and the Müllerthal region invite you to experience hiking paired with far-sightedness and acumen. Promised: on our guided Zeiss-exploring-tour through rock formations in east Luxembourg the saying „Hiking with open eyes“ is being defined anew. Trained Mullerthal trail-scouts lead nature-loving hikers into a world largely unknown to them, a world which so far has gone nearly unnoticed, fallen by the wayside: „Discover the magic of details!“
Hiking experience in the Müllerthal region
The early bird catchest he worm! This especially holds true for hikers who whish to experience nature extensively. Get out of the comfort zone, toss pillows and blankets aside, have a cup of coffee and a fresh croissant and put your hiking gear on, tie your shows and hit the road… There’s lots to explore in the Müllerthal region. It’s a good thing to be carrying binoculars made by Zeiss, either one’s own or one borrowed from the BoH-Testcenter in the Heringer Millen free of charge. Sometimes one needs to look twice to notice the “Old Lady” within the rock face opposite the Brenschenterley or to follow the bold squirrel climbing up a tree. The climb onto the platform alone is an adventure, likewise is the visit to the rolling waterfalls at the “Schiessentümpel” later during the day, where dippers are busy jumping from rock to rock. Whoever hikes through the rocky chaos of the „Kleine Luxemburger Schweiz“, watching their surroundings attentively, will discover such a variety of bizarre and adorable details that one hike alone will not be enough.
